Communication and Requirement Confirmation
Once received your inquired, We will contact & comunicate with you foe the details of your needs and ideas, including design details like：style,Fabric, color, size,crafts,design pattern, and logo of your private label and packaging ect.
Confirm sample Quote and MOQ requirements
After confirming your specific requirements, we will send you an official sample Quote for confirmaiton and calculate Minimum Quantity for Bulk order. Once confirmed we will produce the sample for your confirmation and inspection, if there is any modification or adjustment needed, we will make necessary changes until you’re satisfied, based on your requirements and needs of logo,label, tags and packaging, we will also can offer standard neutral accessories for size and material confirmation.
Order Confirmation and payment
After you confirmed the sample and offer, we will generate a formal contact for you which clarifies both parties’ rights and obligations, price, delivery date ect., and confirm the details and payment method with you.
Production of Private label Sportswear,logo & Packaging
After confirmed the order and receiving the deposit payment, we will start producing your private label clothing,logo and packaging, we will keep you informed of the Production schedule and ensure that you have a clear understanding of our production progress and delivery time.
Inspection and Shipment
After the goods are finished the production, we will conduct quality inspection and having you inspec the goods,we will confirm the shipping method with you, which will ship by air, sea or truck ect. You can choose your own shipping agent to pick up the goods from our warehosue or we can arrange the shipment for you, we will select the most suitable logistics method based on the weight, volume and value of the goods, as well as thee budget and deliery time. After shipment we will provide Logistics tracking services, you can check the shipment updated status with the tarcking number and related logistics website.
