Can I make changes to my order during the production process?

At NOWORNEVER, we understand that adjustments may be needed as your project progresses, so we strive to accommodate reasonable order changes whenever possible. The feasibility of modifications depends on the stage of production and the type of adjustment required.

Changes requested before production begins (during sampling or pre-production review) are easiest to implement, including design tweaks, fabric swaps, color adjustments, or quantity changes. Once production has started, some modifications may still be possible, but they can impact lead times and costs. For example, changes to embroidery, printing, or labels can often be accommodated early in the process, while alterations to fabric cutting or bulk sewing may require rework, potentially delaying delivery and incurring additional fees.

To minimize disruptions, we recommend contacting your dedicated account manager as soon as you need to make changes. Our team will assess the feasibility, provide clear details on any potential cost or timeline adjustments, and work with you to find the best solution. Major changes requested late in production may not be possible, as the production line is already committed to your original specifications.
